About The Role:
As an Estimator, you will play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive tenders across a diverse range of projects. You'll be responsible for cost planning, quantity take offs, supplier and subcontractor negotiations, and delivering high-quality submission that reflect the company's reputation for excellence.

About You:
- At least 5 years proven experience estimating for civil, commercial, and industrial construction projects
- Proficiency in estimating software (Cubit)
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
