Contributing to a high performing export department, you will have the opportunity to leverage your experience in exports, whether it be sea freight or in an administrative or support capacity, to coordinate air + sea freight shipments.

Scope - Execute orders from start to finish (post sale through to shipping, documentation and providing support to the customer);
- Prepare, apply and submit all applicable export documents such as Invoices, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Insurance Certificates, Bill of Lading and health certificates;
- Enter all related invoices related to shipment and manage all related administration such as creation of sales and purchase orders
Success ProfileIdeally you will be a strategic thinker, operating comfortably in pressurized, time sensitive environments and possess a strong focus on stakeholder management. Additionally, solid analytical skills, attention to detail and a unique ability to manage and build relationships to ensure shipments arrive on time and in full, is critical.
Please note this role is based in office Monday to Friday, therefore a willingness to do so is required.
