A rare opportunity is now available for a proactive export professional to join their team in a key client-facing role, split between the office and an on-site with major account.

Responsibilities will include:

• Manage end-to-end export airfreight and seafreight operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all touchpoints.
• Negotiate competitive export freight rates to meet client expectations and protect commercial margins.
• Liaise closely with suppliers, overseas agents, carriers, transport partners, and internal stakeholders to maintain seamless cargo flow.
• Ensure full compliance with export regulations and maintain accurate shipment records.
• Prepare and manage all export documentation, reporting, and coordinate timely export clearance with customs brokers.
• Monitor vessel departures, arrivals, and container availability, providing proactive status updates to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through reliable communication, problem-solving, and exceptional service delivery.

What you’ll need:

• 2+ years’ experience working in a freight forwarding environment with a strong focus on export operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
• Professional, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple export files in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Cargowise is essential.
