Your responsibilities will include: - Prepare export documentation and invoices
- Directing transport and coordinating bookings
- Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to clients
- Liaise with agents, clients, shipping lines and transport providers
- Managing basic export workflows and learning end-to-end processes
- Using CW1 software
What We’re Looking For - Proven experience in export operations (freight forwarding industry)
- A self-starter who’s eager to learn and contribute
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A steady, positive presence who works well in a small team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment
- Must be an Australian resident or hold a visa with full work rights (no restrictions).
