Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare export documentation and invoices
• Directing transport and coordinating bookings
• Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to clients
• Liaise with agents, clients, shipping lines and transport providers
• Managing basic export workflows and learning end-to-end processes
• Using CW1 software 

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in export operations (freight forwarding industry)
• A self-starter who’s eager to learn and contribute
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A steady, positive presence who works well in a small team
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment
• Must be an Australian resident or hold a visa with full work rights (no restrictions).
