About the Role
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end export sea freight shipments, ensuring all operational, compliance, and customer requirements are met. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end export sea freight operations
- Book shipments and coordinate with shipping lines, transport providers, and depots
- Prepare and process export documentation, including Dangerous Goods compliance
- Liaise with customers and stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment coordination
- Maintain accurate records in CargoWise and ensure deadlines are met
Skills & Experience Required - Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in export sea freight operations
- Strong knowledge of export documentation and international shipping processes
- Experience handling Dangerous Goods (DG) cargo
- Experience using CargoWise
- Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills
