We’re looking for an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to join a world-leading engineering and manufacturing business based in Toowoomba. This company designs and builds highly specialised equipment for grinding mill maintenance at mine sites across the globe — precision-engineered, low-volume, high-value work where quality is non-negotiable.
This is a role for someone who brings both exceptional fabrication skills and the leadership ability to drive a high-performing team — from concept through to delivery.
The RoleAs Fabrication Supervisor, you’ll lead a skilled fabrication team in a precision manufacturing environment, maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You’ll interpret complex engineering drawings, anticipate and resolve issues before they escalate, and champion a culture of continuous improvement across the shop floor.

You will bring: - Certificate III in Engineering (Fabrication) — essential
- AS2214 Structural Welding Supervisors Certification — essential
- High-level precision fabrication skills with a strong eye for quality
- Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and engage a team
- A proactive, solution-focused approach and continuous improvement mindset
- Intermediate IT proficiency
- Willingness and ability to lead on night shift
- Previous supervisory experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
- Lean / 5S training or Certificate III/IV in Competitive Manufacturing
- IWS or IWI Certification
What’s on Offer - $150,000 + inclusive of 30% night shift loading – based on experience
- Monday–Thursday, 4:30pm–3:00am — a true 4-day week with Fridays off
