We are seeking multiple Field Service Electricians to join a growing national business servicing commercial food, hospitality, retail, and FMCG customers throughout South East Queensland. The Role As a Field Service Electrician, you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, fault-finding and installing commercial food and beverage equipment at customer sites across your designated territory.
You'll work autonomously while being supported by an experienced service team, delivering high-quality technical solutions and exceptional customer service.
Your Responsibilities - Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults on commercial food equipment
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance across customer sites
- Install and commission new equipment
- Complete service reports and compliance documentation using mobile technology
- Manage spare parts inventory and vehicle stock
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide professional service
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with customer site requirements
About You - Current Electrical Licence
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Service, maintenance, industrial or FMCG experience highly regarded
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Willingness to participate in an on-call roster
Rosters and Benefits
- Monday to Friday 38-hour week
- Flexible start times between 7:00am and 8:00am
- On-call roster: 1 week in every 4 weeks
- Weekly on-call allowance
- Minimum 4 hours paid at double time for all call-outs
- Travel time to and from call-outs included in paid hours
