In This Role You'll Have the Opportunity To: - Take full ownership of the finance function within a successful and growing food manufacturing business
- Lead meaningful system improvement and process automation initiatives from day one
- Manage financial and management accounting across a varied and interesting manufacturing environment
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management and product costing analysis
- Oversee inventory management support and Bill of Materials (BOM) maintenance
- Prepare monthly financial reports, reconciliations, accruals and balance sheet reconciliations
- Contribute to system implementation projects that modernise the finance function
- Build a long-term, flexible career with a business that values practical expertise and continuous improvement
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Bring: - Qualifications in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
- Solid experience across both financial and management accounting
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment
- Advanced Excel skills and a strong analytical mindset
- Experience implementing or improving finance systems and processes
- Confidence managing projects and driving change initiatives
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
- Experience with NetSuite ERP is desirable — a bonus, not a must
- Cost accounting and inventory management background is advantageous
