About the Role Starting at 4:00am, you’ll partner with Managers and Supervisors across operations to deliver efficient, high-quality HR services that move beyond transactional processing and toward true business partnering.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and induction processes
- Managing HR administration, record keeping, databases and reporting
- Supporting performance management, disciplinary and grievance processes
- Assisting with injury investigations, return-to-work coordination and payroll support
- Maintaining HR policies, procedures and position descriptions
- Facilitating pre-employment checks, medicals and documentation
- Supporting retention and engagement initiatives through regular factory floor interaction
- Ensuring compliance with WHS, quality assurance, environmental and legislative requirements
- Participating in audits and maintaining accurate, compliant records
You’ll build strong relationships across the business, coach leaders on employee relations fundamentals, and continuously look for ways to improve systems, processes and service delivery.
What You’ll Bring - Previous HR experience within a blue-collar or industrial environment
- Strong administrative capability with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication skills and a proactive, “can-do” mindset
- Ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion and integrity
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Driver’s Licence (essential)
- Certificate IV in Human Resources (advantageous)
