Are you a proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment? This is an opportunity to step into a well-rounded HR role where you’ll play a key part in shaping people, process, and performance across this leading food manufacturing business— both in the office and with operational teams on the production floor—with a clear pathway to step up into a leadership role.

You’ll also play a key role in improving systems and processes, contributing to the development and governance of HRMS platforms and internal sites. On the compliance side, you’ll manage systems, assist with WorkCover claims, and support audits. Your role will extend into workforce administration, including leave management, monitoring absenteeism trends, and overseeing processing for both temporary and permanent employees. You’ll also manage government compliance requirements, permits, and licensing, ensuring everything is up to date and audit-ready.
In addition, you’ll provide high-level support to the executive team, preparing reports and delivering confidential administrative support to senior leaders.
