Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement 
• HR administration and compliance support 
• Assisting with employee relations and performance management
• Supporting workforce planning within a manufacturing environment

About You:

• Previous experience in a HR Officer/Generalist role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
• Manufacturing or FMCG experience highly regarded
