We are seeking an experienced HR Professional for a hands-on role to partner closely with senior leadership and site operations, delivering both strategic direction and hands-on HR support within this fast-paced production environment.
With two flexible shift options available, this role allows you to make a real impact supporting a large operational workforce while maintaining work-life balance:
Option 1: Monday to Thursday, 6:00am – 4:30pm
Option 2: Friday to Sunday, 6:00am – 4:30pm
What You’ll Do
Reporting to the General Manager and Operations Manager, you will support operational leaders and employees across a fast paced site. Your responsibilities include:
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with labour laws and regulations
- Assist in developing, updating, and enforcing policies and procedures
- Prepare HR documentation and reports for audits and inspections
- Promote employee well-being and engagement programs
- Identify employee training needs and coordinate programs, workshops, and seminars
- Monitor participation and evaluate outcomes
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries
- Handle grievances, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS databases
- Manage leave records, probation periods, and employee confirmations
- Assist with payroll processing, salary administration, and benefits
- Support performance appraisal and KPI systems
- Track promotions, transfers, and terminations
- Coordinate recruitment, interviews, offers, and onboarding programs
About You - 2–5 years’ HR experience, preferably in food manufacturing, agribusiness, or blue-collar environments
- Strong understanding of HR compliance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (intermediate–advanced)
- Qualification in Human Resources or related discipline advantageous
