What you’ll be doing - Provide advice and support to employees and leaders on HR / P&C matters
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Support employee relations, performance, and engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and employment legislation
- Drive continuous improvement in people practices and culture
- For senior roles: lead projects, mentor team members, and influence business-wide strategies
What you’ll bring - Previous experience in HR or People & Culture (officer to senior level)
- Strong understanding of employment legislation, policies, and employee relations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on, solutions-focused approach with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
