What you’ll be doing

• Provide advice and support to employees and leaders on HR / P&C matters
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
• Support employee relations, performance, and engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and employment legislation
• Drive continuous improvement in people practices and culture
• For senior roles: lead projects, mentor team members, and influence business-wide strategies

What you’ll bring

• Previous experience in HR or People & Culture (officer to senior level)
• Strong understanding of employment legislation, policies, and employee relations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on, solutions-focused approach with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
