Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide practical advice and support to employees and leaders on all HR / P&C matters
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to ensure the right people are in the right roles
• Lead initiatives in employee relations, performance management, and engagement
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation
• Identify opportunities to improve people practices, processes, and culture
• For senior roles: lead strategic projects, influence business-wide decisions, and mentor team members

About You:

• Proven experience as a HR Manager or People & Culture professional (officer to senior level)
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies, and employee relations
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on, solutions-focused approach with attention to detail
• Ability to thrive while managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, growing environments
