Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily office operations and administration
- Oversee invoicing, payments, payroll, and basic financial support
- Support compliance reporting (BAS, IAS, TPAR) and record keeping
- Assist with job costing, reporting, and commercial tracking
- Maintain policies, procedures, and office systems
- Coordinate insurance, audit, and ISO requirements
- Support apprenticeships, rebates, and government claims
- Assist with marketing updates (website and social media)
- Provide general operational and administrative support to the team
About You: - Previous experience as an Office Manager or Bookkeeper
- Experience using Xero and Simpro (preferred)
- Strong payroll experience, including knowledge of awards and compliance requirements
- Strong communication skills
