A reputable, well-established manufacturing business based on Brisbane’s northside is seeking a hands-on HR System Project Officer to support the delivery of several key HR projects. This short-term assignment is ideal for an experienced HR professional who can work autonomously to drive system implementation through to completion.
This role requires proven, practical experience with Employment Hero and a strong understanding of payroll and HR systems integration.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and finalise the full implementation and rollout of Employment Hero as the primary platform;
- Manage system integration with MYOB and progress workforce/facial recognition system implementation;
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure functionality, process documentation and utilisation.
About You: You will bring demonstrated experience implementing and managing Employment Hero within a live business environment. You will have strong payroll systems knowledge, prior MYOB integration experience and the confidence to work independently while engaging key stakeholders. Experience with workforce management or facial recognition systems will be highly regarded.
The Offer: This is a 3-month temporary assignment offering flexible working arrangements, 6–8 hours per day (start + finish when you need), Monday to Friday on site.
