A reputable, well-established manufacturing business based on Brisbane’s northside is seeking a hands-on HR System Project Officer to support the delivery of a key HR project. This short-term assignment is ideal for an experienced HR professional who can work autonomously to drive system implementation through to completion.
This role requires proven, practical experience with Employment Hero and a strong understanding of payroll and HR systems integration.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and finalise the full implementation and rollout of Employment Hero as the primary platform;
- Manage system integration with MYOB and Dynamics and navigate workforce/facial recognition system implementation;
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure functionality, process documentation and utilisation.
About You: You will bring demonstrated experience implementing and managing Employment Hero within a live business environment. You will have strong payroll systems knowledge, prior MYOB/Dynamics integration experience and the confidence to work independently while engaging key stakeholders. Experience with workforce management or facial recognition systems will be highly regarded.
The Offer: This is a temporary assignment offering flexible working arrangements (start + finish when you need), though days worked would be on site.
