PACE Appointments is currently recruiting for an Air Conditioning/Refrigeration Technician to join a growing team working across commercial premises and new construction builds throughout the Brisbane region. • Proven experience in air conditioning installation and servicing
• Strong background in refrigeration diagnostics and repair
• Ability to deliver high-quality service on commercial sites and new builds

Role Specifics:

• Location: Brisbane metro region
• Industry focus: Commercial premises and construction projects
• Position Type: Full-time, permanent
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm (finish early and enjoy your afternoons!)

Benefits:

• $60–$65 per hour (depending on experience)
• Be home early: 6:00am – 2:30pm, Monday to Friday

Duties:

• Install and service air conditioning systems across commercial sites
• Diagnose and repair refrigeration systems
• Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance
• Provide excellent service and maintain strong client relationships

Minimum Requirements:

• Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration OR QLD electrical license 
• Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
• White Card (Construction Industry Induction)
• Current driver’s licence
• Proven experience in commercial installation and maintenance

Eligibility:
Applications will be considered primarily from Australian citizens or permanent residents. Visa holders will only be considered if they have proven trade experience within Australia or New Zealand and have FULL working rights.
