Role 1: HVAC Estimator – Infrastructure & Major Projects
Brisbane or Sunshine Coast | Full-Time | $110k–$130k + Super

Our client is a Tier 1–aligned infrastructure and building services contractor with a long-standing presence in Queensland. 

About the Role
Reporting to the Manager of Client Services and Growth, this role works closely with a BDM and a team of experienced estimators to deliver accurate and competitive HVAC estimates across major infrastructure and commercial projects. 

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Review and analyse tender documentation and scope requirements
• Prepare detailed HVAC cost estimates using historical data and market insights
• Develop pricing strategies in collaboration with the Commercial Team
• Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to validate pricing and methodologies
• Support bid submissions and proposal documentation
• Identify project risks and opportunities within estimates
• Prepare cost summaries and handover documentation for awarded projects
• Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications (HVAC or related)
• Proven experience as an HVAC Estimator within infrastructure, utilities, or large-scale commercial projects
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and delivery methodologies
• Proficiency with estimating software and commercial tools
• Analytical, commercially minded, and detail-focused
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders

Role 2: Commercial HVAC Technician
Brisbane Metro | Permanent | Day Shift
$52–$55 per hour + Company Vehicle + Tools Provided

Our client is a well-established Brisbane-based electrical and HVAC contractor delivering high-quality commercial solutions across the region. 

About the Role
This is a hands-on commercial position with a strong focus on new installations, supported by service and maintenance work across Brisbane metro sites.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Installation of split and ducted air conditioning systems
• Servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance
• Fault finding and diagnostics across commercial systems
• Completing job documentation and reporting accurately
• Liaising professionally with clients when required
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to industry standards
• Trade qualified Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician (Cert III or equivalent)
• Current Refrigerant Handling Licence (RHL)
• White Card and valid Driver’s Licence
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Confident working autonomously across Brisbane metro sites
• Reliable, professional, and safety-focused
