Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end import shipments across air/sea freight.
• Liaise with overseas agents and clients to deliver tailored logistics solutions.
• Ensure full compliance with customs regulations and handle all required documents.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a high standard of customer service.
• Communicate effectively with both Customs and warehouse teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• MUST BE Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid visa with full work rights.
• Proven experience in import operations (air/sea freight).
• Strong knowledge of customs clearance processes.
• Proficiency in CargoWise is essential.
• North Brisbane based, with on-site parking.
