This opportunity is ideal for an Import Seafreight Operator who is looking to strengthen their operational knowledge and grow their career within a respected logistics provider.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and managing the operational requirements for import seafreight shipments
• Liaising with customers, carriers, service providers, overseas agents and government authorities
• Preparing and collating relevant documentation, coordinating with the customs team for clearance and arranging delivery
• Ensure accurate invoicing in accordance with client files and complete job closures
• Proactively resolving shipment issues to maintain on-time performance
• Working within strict timeframes while adhering to company standard operating procedures
• Delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication and follow-up

You will be a confident team player with at least 12 months of industry experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders. A high level of attention to detail and a positive attitude are key to succeeding in this role. Experience with CargoWise software is highly regarded.
