- $100k–$110k base + super (depending on experience).
The role: You’ll be responsible for developing and executing an outbound sales pipeline, from researching prospective customers and building market intelligence through to active engagement, product presentation and converting opportunities into sales. With the backing of an established brand and innovative product range, you’ll be supported to make your mark while contributing directly to revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include: - Researching and identifying new sales opportunities within target markets;
- Conducting outbound calls and emails to build relationships and qualify prospects;
- Managing CRM records, tracking activity, and providing detailed pipeline/sales reporting;
- Presenting tailored product solutions, managing leads in CRM, and converting prospective opportunities to meet revenue targets.
About you: - Proven sales experience ideally within manufacturing or building products;
- Professional phone manner, strong written communication and the confidence to build rapport with customers;
- Self-motivation, organisation, and the ability to manage your time independently—whether in the office or at home as this will be key to success.
