The Opportunity
A well-established manufacturing business based on Brisbane’s north side is seeking a motivated IT Support Officer to support day-to-day IT operations across its site.
This is a hands-on, site-based role supporting operational technology, infrastructure and end users. Working closely with the IT Manager and maintenance teams, you will play an important role in keeping systems reliable, secure, and running efficiently.
This opportunity is ideal for someone early in their IT career or a recent graduate who wants exposure to a broad range of technologies in a fast-paced operational environment supporting approximately 200 employees.
Key Responsibilities
You will support a variety of systems and infrastructure across the facility, including:

• Provide Level 1–2 IT support to site staff and assist with troubleshooting across Windows environments;
• Support core infrastructure including Microsoft 365 administration, servers, networking, firewalls, VPNs and IP configuration;
• Assist with operational technology including site systems, data cabling, CCTV, hardware installations and system upgrades.

Additional responsibilities include supporting SQL databases, managing user access and email accounts, assisting with SharePoint permissions, and liaising with external IT providers when required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• A post-graduate qualification in IT, Information Systems or a related field
• Strong problem-solving ability and a practical, hands-on approach to technical support
• Confidence communicating with non-technical users across operational teams
• Interest in developing experience across infrastructure, systems, and operational technology
• Comfort working within a manufacturing or industrial environment
