About the Role
Pace Appointments are excited to partner with a well-established client who is seeking a friendly, organised, and practical person to guide clients through the early stages of their new kitchen. You will meet clients on site, discuss their needs, take measurements, and help shape their ideas into a clear brief for our design and production teams.
This is not a technical designer role. Full design and drafting support is provided. Your focus is on understanding the client's lifestyle, gathering accurate information, and ensuring they feel supported from first meeting to final install.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Meet clients in their homes to discuss layout, functionality, and preferred styles
• Take accurate kitchen measurements using a tape measure and laser measurer (training provided)
• Capture client needs clearly and pass details to the design team
• Guide clients through material and colour selections
• Present quotes and assist with approvals in a warm, no pressure manner
• Coordinate with operations to support smooth project delivery

Ideal Background 

• Strong customer service or client facing experience
• Excellent Listener, confident, well-presented and reliable
• Comfortable in homes or on building sites
• Good practical understanding of how a functional kitchen works
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Ability to pick up operating systems and quoting documentation 
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel locally
