We are currently seeking experienced Lead Electricians and Senior Electricians ready to step up into leadership roles across industrial, commercial, and residential projects.

Our client is one of Queensland’s largest and longest-standing electrical construction providers, employing over 180 electricians and trades professionals.

Current Opportunities

1. Lead Industrial Maintenance Electrician x 1
Brisbane-based field service team delivering maintenance across sewage treatment and FMCG facilities.

• $55/hr + penalties, company vehicle & RDOs
• Day shift 
• Lead, mentor and coordinate a team of up to 10 electricians

2. Lead Residential Electrician x 4
Lead high-volume new build residential projects across North Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas.

• $52/hr + penalties, company vehicle & RDOs
• Day shift 
• Manage, mentor and coordinate crews of up to 20 electricians

3. Commercial Maintenance Electrician x2
Work across exclusive government contracts including education, hospital and office buildings throughout South East Queensland.

• $46–$52/hr + penalties, company vehicle & RDOs
• Day shift 
• Established commercial maintenance team with exclusive government sector coverage

What You’ll Need

• Current QLD Electrical Mechanic Licence
• Proven experience in industrial, residential or commercial environments
• Ability to pass a National Police Check
• Drug & alcohol testing compliance
• Clean driving record
• Strong leadership skills (or readiness to step into a lead role)
