Joining a passionate and professional team, they are now seeking a Logistics and Administration Officer to assist in all administrative functions, supporting the daily operations of the export business.
Scope Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Working closely with the team on all end-to-end customer orders and logistics via road, air or sea freight;
- Have a strong emphasis on documentation, process and procedure and will also assist the sales team distribute their premium product across both the domestic and international markets;
- Assist with invoicing and relevant documentation to meet custom requirements for export orders with high accuracy;
- Liaise with customers directly, transport and loadout facilities and assist in maintaining licensing and certificate requirements.
You will be an enthusiastic self-starter, professionally presented and personable with exemplary communication skills. With the upmost attention to detail, the ability to independently problem solve and a team focused mentality, you will possess demonstrated proficiency across Microsoft office (word / excel / outlook), strong administration experience and accurate data entry capability. Having championed
either a similar logistics orientated role,
or solid administrative background with a willingness to learn, you will be supported with guidance. As a highly motivated person you will have the ability to cope with high activity periods and competing priorities in a deadline orientated environment but with a real desire to learn and grow in an organization you will shine!
Additionally, you will be willing and able to work in office Monday – Friday 38 hours per week, with the bonus being lunch is provided daily!
