Required is an experienced logistics professional
or highly experienced administrator with a keen eye for detail, accustomed to working across multiple platforms/systems/portals, entering and transferring complex data in a time critical environment, whilst managing multiple stakeholders. The premise of this engagement is to support the team in providing day-to-day logistics coordination for a key account, ensuring service deliveries are met in line with client objectives and product is delivered on time and in full.
Key responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Assist in co-ordinating the logistics activities for cargo arriving into Oceania ports, on-wharf inspections and export, Trans-Tasman and coastal shipments;
- Provide accurate and timely invoicing for services & approve and process invoices received from service providers, pertaining to vessel, depot and other transport related costs;
- Manage off wharf transport at all Oceania ports through to defined final delivery locations;
- Diligently transpose data from multiple portals/systems into relative system, maintaining data integrity via reconciliation and rigorous and effective cross checking processes;
- Assist with claims and investigations, customer and supplier liaison and managing and change of stow and change of destination.
An intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, and whilst familiarity with SAP systems is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Undoubtedly you will be professional, able to manage your time efficiently and capable of working autonomously. You will be detail orientated to enable the perpetual extraction and entry of data within various locations, and confident in your approach when dealing with clients and service providers.
