Pace Appointments is partnering with an highly successful family owned leader providing specialist solutions and back up technical support in casing for the Mining and drilling industry.
Joining a passionate and innovative organisation and offering true work life balance,  positions available for Machinist.
 
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Programming and operation of CNC lathes
• Machining to close tolerances and strict quality requirements
• Read & interpret drawings
• Collaborate and communicate in a team environment to achieve ongoing continuous process improvements and excellent mindset to  uphold core company values! 

Skills/Competencies:

• Trade Qualified
• Ability to engage in an industry leading mindset on HSEQ within the team
• Forklift Licence (or ability to get one)Manual Driver’s licence advantageous
• Experience in CAD CAM Software (desirable)
• Experience with Fanuc and Fagor controllers (desirable)
• Be fit and healthy, ability to successfully pass a medical assessment.

What You can Expect

• Standard hours - 7am - 4pm Mon-Thurs and 7am - 12pm Fri.
• Regular overtime
• Trade qualified rate of $40/hr plus penalties and super
