What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading, mentoring, and supporting a small team to deliver quality outcomes
• Programming and operating CNC lathes with precision and efficiency
• Using CAD/CAM software to optimise machining processes
• Producing components to tight tolerances and strict quality standards
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings with confidence
• Driving a strong safety and quality culture across the workshop

What You’ll Bring

• Trade qualification in machining or similar
• Proven experience with CNC lathe programming and operation
• Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM systems (highly regarded)
• Experience working with Fanuc and/or Fagor controllers (advantageous)
• A leadership mindset with the ability to guide and support others
• High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
