Pace Appointments are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a well-established and growing food production facility based in Caboolture. This is a secure, long-term opportunity offering strong pay, consistent day shifts, and flexible roster options to suit your lifestyle.

The Role

• Preventative and breakdown maintenance across plant and machinery
• Electrical fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs on production equipment
• Working on motors, control systems, PLCs, sensors, and conveyors
• Assisting with installs, upgrades, and shutdown works
• Working closely with production teams to minimise downtime
• Maintaining high safety and hygiene standards

What You’ll Need

• Trade qualified Electrician (QLD Electrical Licence)
• Experience in manufacturing, food processing, or industrial environments
• Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience with PLCs and automated systems (highly regarded)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to obtain a Q Fever vaccination
