Pace Appointments QLD are currently seeking experienced Electricians for multiple permanent opportunities across the Brisbane and Gold Coast areas. We are partnering with several well-established industrial and FMCG manufacturing sites offering strong hourly rates,  stable long-term employment, and a variety of day and rotating shift rosters to suit different lifestyles.

Current Opportunities

1. Industrial Maintenance Electrician
Brisbane | Permanent | Rotating Roster
Join a large industrial facility offering long-term stability, consistent hours, and regular overtime in a safety-focused environment.

• $50.97 per hour
• Average 40-hour week + consistent overtime
• Preventative and corrective electrical maintenance across industrial plant
• CMMS reporting, fault finding, and reliability improvements

Shift Pattern (rotating roster):
Day: 4:00am – 2:30pm
Afternoon/Night: 2:30pm – 1:00am

2. Maintenance Electrician – FMCG Manufacturing
Yatala, Gold Coast | Permanent | Day Shift
Work in a fast-paced FMCG production environment supporting a 24/7 operation, focused on electrical reliability and breakdown response.

• $50 per hour + Super
• Day shift: 5:00am – 1:00pm
• Reactive and preventative electrical maintenance
• Fault finding on motors, PLCs, conveyors, sensors, and packaging equipment
• Electrical testing, inspections, and safety compliance
• CMMS documentation and reporting
• Modern equipment and strong safety culture

3. Maintenance Electrician – FMCG Production Facility
Cleveland, QLD | Permanent | AM or PM Shift
Join a rapidly expanding manufacturing site currently scaling production lines, offering long-term stability and growth opportunities.

• $45–$50 per hour + Super (based on experience)
• Monday to Friday roster
• Preventative and reactive maintenance across production equipment
• Fault finding on PLC I/O, motors, VSDs, conveyors, and automation systems
• Support line changeovers, start-ups, and continuous improvement projects
• Modern facility with expanding production capability

Shifts on Offer
AM: 6:00am start
PM: 2:00pm start

What You’ll Need

• Current QLD Electrical Licence (essential)
• Electrical trade qualification (Cert III or equivalent)
• Experience in industrial, FMCG, or manufacturing environments
• Strong electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts (where applicable)
• Safety-focused mindset and strong teamwork skills
• Full Australian work rights
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical & D&A (role dependent)
