If you’re chasing a stable, long-term day shift role where you can still earn strong money without sacrificing your evenings — this is it.
Join a well-established, privately owned FMCG manufacturer with a reputation for quality products, modern equipment, and a genuinely supportive team culture. Backed by continued growth and investment, this site operates with high-performing, well-maintained machinery and a leadership team that values input from the floor. This isn’t a “just keep it running” environment — you’ll be encouraged to think, improve, and influence how things are done.
Reporting to the Mechanical Supervisor, you’ll be a key part of a well-established maintenance team responsible for keeping production running efficiently across a busy food manufacturing site.
Your focus will be a mix of preventative maintenance and breakdown response, with a strong emphasis on improving plant reliability and minimising downtime. You’ll work closely with production teams on the floor, meaning this role suits someone who enjoys being visible, hands-on, and part of the operation. You’ll be working across processing and high-speed packaging lines, troubleshooting issues in real-time and identifying opportunities to improve performance, reliability, and safety.
