Pace Appointments are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join a well-established and growing food production facility based in Caboolture. This is a secure, long-term opportunity offering strong pay, consistent day shifts, and flexible roster options to suit your lifestyle.

The Role

• Preventative and breakdown maintenance across plant and machinery
• Fault finding and repairs on conveyors, motors, gearboxes and production equipment
• Assisting with installs, upgrades and shutdown works
• Working closely with production teams to minimise downtime
• Maintaining high safety and hygiene standards

What You’ll Need

• Trade qualified Maintenance Fitter
• Experience in manufacturing, food processing or industrial environments
• Strong fault finding and mechanical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to obtain a Q Fever vaccination
