Roster Details

• 4 on / 4 off rotating shifts
• 2 x Day Shifts: 4:15am – 2:15pm
• 2 x Afternoon Shifts: 1:45pm – 11:45pm
• 4 consecutive days off every cycle

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance across production lines
• Fault find and repair mechanical equipment to minimise downtime
• Carry out fabrication and repairs, particularly on stainless/food-grade machinery
• Support continuous improvement, upgrades, and upcoming site projects
• Work closely with operations to ensure production targets are met
• Maintain high safety standards including LOTO, guarding, and PPE compliance
• Accurately complete maintenance reporting and documentation

About You

• Trade qualified – Cert III Mechanical Engineering (Fitter) or equivalent
• Proven experience in maintenance within manufacturing or food processing
• Strong skills in fabrication, welding, and mechanical repairs
• Exposure to TIG welding and/or machining highly regarded
• Able to work autonomously and make sound decisions under pressure
• Reliable, steady, and takes pride in producing quality work
• Safety-first mindset with strong attention to detail
• LF Forklift Licence (advantageous but not essential)
