Roster Details - 4 on / 4 off rotating shifts
- 2 x Day Shifts: 4:15am – 2:15pm
- 2 x Afternoon Shifts: 1:45pm – 11:45pm
- 4 consecutive days off every cycle
Key Responsibilities - Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance across production lines
- Fault find and repair mechanical equipment to minimise downtime
- Carry out fabrication and repairs, particularly on stainless/food-grade machinery
- Support continuous improvement, upgrades, and upcoming site projects
- Work closely with operations to ensure production targets are met
- Maintain high safety standards including LOTO, guarding, and PPE compliance
- Accurately complete maintenance reporting and documentation
About You - Trade qualified – Cert III Mechanical Engineering (Fitter) or equivalent
- Proven experience in maintenance within manufacturing or food processing
- Strong skills in fabrication, welding, and mechanical repairs
- Exposure to TIG welding and/or machining highly regarded
- Able to work autonomously and make sound decisions under pressure
- Reliable, steady, and takes pride in producing quality work
- Safety-first mindset with strong attention to detail
- LF Forklift Licence (advantageous but not essential)
