Roster (Set & Predictable)

• 2 x Day Shifts: 4:15am – 2:15pm
• 2 x Afternoon Shifts: 1:45pm – 11:45pm
• 4 consecutive days off, every cycle

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preventative and breakdown maintenance across production equipment
• Fault finding and mechanical repairs to keep lines running
• Fabrication and repairs on stainless/food-grade machinery
• Supporting upgrades, improvements, and site projects
• Working closely with production to minimise downtime
• Maintaining high safety standards (LOTO, guarding, PPE)
• Completing maintenance reporting and documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Trade qualified Fitter (Cert III Mechanical Engineering or equivalent)
• Experience in manufacturing or food production environments
• Strong mechanical, fabrication, and welding skills
• TIG welding and/or machining experience highly regarded
• Able to work independently and stay calm under pressure
• Reliable, team-focused, and takes pride in quality work
• Forklift licence (nice to have, not essential)
