Seeking an experienced
Maintenance Fitter to join our Sunshine Coast manufacturing facility.
This is a hands-on maintenance role suited to a skilled fitter with strong experience in
food manufacturing or FMCG environments, along with solid welding and fault-finding capabilities.
Role Requirements - Trade qualification as a Maintenance Fitter
- Proven maintenance experience within food manufacturing, food processing or a similar FMCG environment
- Strong welding experience
- Solid knowledge of preventative maintenance and reliability practices
- Strong mechanical fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- The ability to prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced production environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A strong commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
- Juice processing and extraction operations
- Pasteurisation systems
- Frozen food manufacturing
- Dairy manufacturing or processing
What's on Offer - Full-time permanent position
- $80,000 - $90,000 + superannuation
- 8-hour days
- Start times between 5:00am and 7:00am
- Hands-on role with genuine variety and responsibility
