A long-established enterprise that is about to undertake expansion plans, is seeking to appoint a leader to manage effective QA practices whilst upholding the following key fundamentals:

• Lead the development, coaching and mentoring of the QA supervisors benefiting the team as a whole;
• Practice cross collaboration to support the business achieve both customer and regulatory outcomes, and implement strategy to optimise food safety and customer specification results;
• Undertake sound investigative processes to deliver satisfactory corrective actions;
• Deliver sound food safety and customer compliance systems and processes to achieve practical, effective and consistent business outcomes;
• Leverage skills to achieve operational and strategic goals through managing effective QA practices and ensuring workplace health and safety, food/hygiene safety, Department of Agriculture and other required legislative compliance;

You demonstrate a commitment to quality outcomes and can provide proven examples of operating effectively within similar environments laced with protocol, policy and complex framework.  You take pride in each component you undertake with a keen eye for detail, have an innate ability to operate autonomously and create high performing, harmonious cultures and possess a personal sense of responsibility to ensure strength in leadership and sound advice and support across the wider business.

• Quality Assurance Supervision in a food manufacturing environment;
• Demonstrated effective HACCP management practices;
• Knowledge of WHS requirements;
• Leadership across medium sized teams
