Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of skilled maintenance fitters and electricians
• Drive plant reliability by minimizing downtime and optimizing equipment performance
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues hands-on
• Champion a strong safety culture and promote best practices across your team

✅ About You:

• Trade qualified: Mechanical Fitter or Electrician
• Background in FMCG, industrial, food, or agriculture sectors (preferred but not essential)
• Confident leading a team, or ready to step up from a senior trades role
• Willing to obtain a Q Fever vaccination (if not already vaccinated)
