Lead from the front in a hands-on maintenance leadership role.

We're currently recruiting for multiple Maintenance Supervisor opportunities with well-established manufacturing businesses in the Logan area and Brisbane's western region.

Opportunity 1 – Logan Area

• Day Shift | Monday to Friday
• Approximately $50–$60 per hour (depending on experience)
• Lead a small maintenance team consisting of 2 Electricians and 1 Mechanical Apprentice
• Hands-on supervisory role where you'll remain actively involved in maintenance activities
• Supportive team environment with genuine autonomy

Opportunity 2 – Brisbane's Western Region

• Permanent Night Shift
• Up to $139,000 package inclusive of super
• Quarterly KPI bonus
• Regular rostered long weekends
• Lead a larger team of Mechanical Fitters and Electricians within a fast-paced manufacturing environment

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading maintenance operations while remaining actively involved in mechanical maintenance and fault finding. You'll play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability, minimising downtime and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supervising maintenance teams
• Coordinating preventative and reactive maintenance
• Performing hands-on mechanical maintenance and fault finding
• Prioritising maintenance work to minimise production downtime
• Coaching and mentoring tradespeople and apprentices
• Promoting a strong safety-first culture
• Coordinating contractors and maintenance scheduling
• Maintaining maintenance records and reporting
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Working closely with production teams to maximise plant performance

About You
To be successful, you'll have:

• Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter or Electrician (Electricians will be considered for the Brisbane western region opportunity)
• Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, food processing, meat processing or heavy industry
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
• A proactive approach to safety and continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and leadership potential
• The ability to work collaboratively and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment

Previous supervisory or Leading Hand experience is highly regarded but not essential.
