The Opportunity
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll oversee a small maintenance crew of 3 staff coordinating daily maintenance activities while taking ownership of all mechanical maintenance across the site.
 
This isn’t a role where you simply delegate — you’ll be rolling up your sleeves, troubleshooting faults, repairing equipment, and helping keep production running efficiently.  You’ll play a key role in minimising downtime, improving reliability, and creating a proactive maintenance culture across the plant.
  
About You
To be successful, you’ll ideally bring:

• Mechanical Fitter trade qualification (essential)
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Experience leading or supervising a small team
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• A practical, hands-on approach to maintenance leadership
• The ability to balance leadership responsibilities while still being on the tools
• Strong safety focus and proactive mindset
