We are currently recruiting for multiple Maintenance Fitter opportunities across leading FMCG, food manufacturing, cold storage, and processing facilities throughout Brisbane. These are permanent positions offering strong hourly rates, stable rosters, overtime opportunities, and long-term career progression within well-established businesses.

Opportunities are available across Brisbane’s Eastern Suburbs, Western Suburbs, Bayside region, and Moreton Bay area, with roles suited to experienced Mechanical Fitters looking for maintenance-focused positions in fast-paced production environments.

Current Opportunities

Maintenance Fitter
Western Suburbs Brisbane
$49p/h + penalties & overtime

• AM or PM shifts available
• Allowances, overtime and shift loadings provided
• Annual pay reviews 
• Performing preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs, and troubleshooting

Maintenance Fitter
Eastern Suburbs Brisbane
$49p/h + overtime

• Rotating day and afternoon/night roster
• Day Shift: 4:00am – 2:30pm
• PM/Night Shift: 2:30pm – 1:00am
• 40-hour weeks + consistent overtime available

Maintenance Fitter
Moreton Bay Region
$45–$50p/h + overtime

• Maintenance, repairs, and installation work across plant equipment
• Day shifts with shutdown and weekend work as required
• Exposure to conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and processing machinery
• Must be willing to obtain a Q Fever vaccination

Maintenance Fitter
Bayside / Redlands Region
$50–$55p/h + overtime + monthly RDO

• Full-time, Monday - Friday day shifts - 5:45am - 2:15pm
• Leading food manufacturer 
• supportive team environment 
• Wednesday - Saturday shift also available 

What We’re Looking For

• Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter
• Industrial, FMCG, manufacturing, or processing experience
• Strong fault finding and troubleshooting ability
• Experience with preventative and reactive maintenance
• Hydraulic and pneumatic experience highly regarded
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work independently and within a team
