About the Role Pace Appointments have joined a leading provider of hydraulic equipment and services in the Toowoomba region. With over
20 years of industry experience, delivering innovative solutions and exceptional customer service. Seeking
two full-time tradespeople to join their Toowoomba team. This is a hands-on role working across hydraulic servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and machining within a well-equipped workshop environment.
What You’ll Be Doing (role relevant) - Scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on hydraulic and mechanical equipment
- Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and hydraulic faults
- Repairing hydraulic cylinders
- Manufacturing hoses and fittings
- Testing and repairing pumps and motors
- Accurate documentation of work completed, parts used, and labour hours
- Maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance
- Working collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional customer service
What We’re Looking For - Trade qualification in Diesel Mechanics, Fitter & Turner, Machining, or related trade
- Experience working with hydraulic systems
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Commitment to workplace safety and WHS requirements
