This role is ideal for an experienced airfreight operator who understands bonded warehouse environments, procedures, and compliance, seeking a leadership pathway.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinating end-to-end import airfreight solutions for key customers
• Managing bookings, documentation, cartage, customs reporting, and job invoicing
• Acting as the primary liaison with customers, carriers, service providers, and overseas agents
• Proactively resolving shipment issues to maintain on-time performance
• Delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication and follow-up
• Identifying and implementing process improvements and best-practice SOPs

Future leadership pathway:

• Support the implementation of IATA compliance, systems, and procedures
• Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to establish bonded warehouse operations
• Assist in building a standalone, scalable airfreight department
• Progress into a supervisory role, contributing to team growth and recruitment

About you:

• Proven experience in import airfreight operations
• Strong understanding of documentation, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Exposure to IATA and/or bonded warehouse environments
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to perform under pressure
• Ambition and capability to step into a leadership position
