As NSW Branch Manager, you will be a key member of the management team, taking full ownership of branch performance, leading a strong operational team, managing key client relationships, and driving commercial outcomes.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and drive operational efficiency
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high performing team
• Drive business growth through client acquisition and relationship management
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Make sound commercial decisions to improve profitability and performance
• Ensure high levels of customer service and client satisfaction
• Manage operational processes using CargoWise One
• Monitor branch performance, KPIs, and financial outcomes
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company standards

About You
You will bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in a Branch Manager or Senior Operations Management role
• Strong, hands-on experience with CargoWise One
• Proven leadership capability in managing and motivating teams
• Strong commercial acumen and confident decision-making ability
• Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A proactive, solutions focused approach
• Experience within freight forwarding essential
