What You’ll Be Doing: - Manage accounts payable, purchase orders & invoicing
- Coordinate shipping payments and container releases
- Track stock movements and update load sheets
- Order warehouse supplies (pallets, labels etc.)
- Provide general admin support across operations
- Supervise a small team and assist with rostering
- Be the friendly go-to person for solving day-to-day issues
About You:
✔ 3+ years' experience in admin, finance or logistics
✔ Strong MS Office/Xero & data entry skills
✔ Clear communicator – friendly, proactive, and team-oriented
✔ High attention to detail and strong time management
✔ Previous freight or transport & logistics experience is a bonus
✔ Comfortable supporting and guiding a small team
Bonus (but not essential): - Cert/Diploma in Business Admin, For Finance
- Familiar with systems like Capital, CW1 or similar
- Understanding of freight/logistics/Transport or compliance
