The Role:

You'll play a pivotal role in supporting and growing a portfolio of food products in a fast-moving, high-volume manufacturing business.  This is not an administrative support role, it’s a commercially focused position where you’ll be deeply involved in product performance, margin optimisation, and execution excellence.

You will:

• Manage product ranges and support launches
• Maintain pricing, specifications, and packaging data
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and track project timelines
• Analyse sales, market trends, and competitor activity
• Assist with packaging, and labelling
• Support brand initiatives, campaigns, and regulatory compliance

About You

• Solid knowledge of the full product lifecycle, from concept through to launch and beyond
• Comfortable operating in high-speed manufacturing settings, with a strong eye for detail
• Minimum 3 years’ experience across product management, marketing, or within an agency environment
• Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
