The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & NPD, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting and growing a portfolio of food products in a fast-moving, high-volume manufacturing business.  This is not an administrative support role, it’s a commercially focused position where you’ll be deeply involved in product performance, margin optimisation, and execution excellence.

You will:

• Manage product ranges and support launches
• Maintain pricing, specifications, and packaging data
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and track project timelines
• Analyse sales, market trends, and competitor activity
• Assist with packaging, and labelling
• Support brand initiatives, campaigns, and regulatory compliance

About You:

• 3+ years in FMCG, product management, marketing, or agency roles
• Hands-on, agile, and able to manage multiple projects
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Confident in fast-paced manufacturing environments with attention to detail
