You'll lead a skilled production team, oversee daily manufacturing operations, drive Lean initiatives, and ensure production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You'll have the opportunity to make genuine improvements that deliver lasting results.
Your Responsibilities - Lead, mentor and develop a production team of 30-40 employees
- Manage daily production to achieve quality, safety and delivery targets
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor productivity, workflow and operational performance
- Foster a positive, safety-first culture
- Ensure high-quality manufacturing outcomes and on-time delivery
About You You're a proven Production Manager who enjoys leading from the front and knows how to build engaged, high-performing teams.
You'll Bring - Production Management experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Steel or aluminium fabrication experience
- Current Forklift Licence
- A commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
- Mechanical fitting and or Auto electrical experience
