Are you a hands-on leader who's ready to take charge on the floor? We're looking for a reliable, physically capable pick and pack operator to step into a Leading Hand role with a well-established Australian food manufacturer. This is a genuinely hands-on production role where you'll lead by example — running the floor, supporting the team, and keeping things moving — with a business that rewards initiative and reliability.

The Role
This is a boots-on-the-ground position. You'll be working on the production floor while also supporting supervisors with workflow coordination and helping bring newer team members up to speed. It's physical, it's varied, and it's a role where your work ethic will be noticed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating, setting up, and monitoring production equipment
• Mixing, packing, and order picking
• Pallet stacking and manual handling (up to 20–25kg)
• Supporting workflow coordination and shift oversight
• Helping train and support newer team members
• Maintaining clean, safe production areas

About You
You need a strong work ethic and the drive to do more. You'll be a good fit if you have:

• Experience in a labouring, production, or manufacturing role
• A natural ability to lead and support those around you
• A solid understanding of safe workplace practices
• Reliable transport to and from site
• Basic computer literacy
• A forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one
