Pace Appointments are partnering with our client, a leader in automotive specialisation, to recruit a skilled and passionate Production Supervisor for their fast-growing team. If you're hands-on, detail-oriented, and love working with vehicles, this is the opportunity for you.

The Role Join a cutting-edge team working on customised vehicle builds in a clean, state-of-the-art facility. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a diverse production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and support ISO9001 processes.
• Collaborate with engineering and management to resolve production issues and implement improvements.
• Train and develop apprentices and junior staff, promoting skill advancement and team cohesion.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), adjusting workflows as necessary to meet targets.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within vehicle manufacturing or auto electrical environments.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on mentoring and development.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques and quality management systems.
• Competent in using spreadsheets and production management software for reporting and analysis.
• Strong communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with team members and management.
