The Role
This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for the full scope of site operations — from production targets and team performance through to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. You'll lead a small crew, troubleshoot issues in real time, and work closely with management to push the site forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production to meet output, quality, and delivery targets
• Lead, coach, and support a small team across shifts
• Coordinate workflows, machine utilisation, and production scheduling
• Oversee machine setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting
• Monitor KPIs — output, downtime, waste, and labour efficiency
• Champion work health and safety compliance, safety inspections, and toolbox talks
• Maintain production records and report to management on site performance
• Drive continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives

About You
You're a trade-qualified leader who brings both technical credibility and the ability to get the best out of a team — someone who understands production environments from the ground up, and that's exactly what this role calls for.

You'll have proven supervisory experience within manufacturing, recycling, or a similar environment, along with hands-on knowledge of production machinery, setup, and troubleshooting. A proactive, solutions-focused approach is a must, and experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement will set you apart.
