As Production Supervisor, you’ll lead from the front — coordinating daily operations, ensuring top-tier quality, and bringing out the best in your team. From planning production schedules to managing hygiene processes, your hands-on approach will be critical in driving performance and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. This is more than a job, it’s a chance to coach, inspire, and make your mark in one of Australia’s most trusted FMCG environments.
This is a hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up kind of role. You’ll be in the thick of our clients’ operations — planning, leading, troubleshooting, improving — all while lifting your team to new heights. Think of yourself as the conductor of a finely tuned (and delicious) production orchestra.
Your daily responsibilities include: - Orchestrating scheduling and processing with military precision;
- Running CIP, decanting and hot room operations including hygiene cycles;
- Owning compliance from digital traceability to documentation;
- Leading daily huddles that energise, align and inform and compiling daily performance reporting;
- Troubleshoot discrepancies and ensure every process runs smoothly;
- Coaching your team from new starters to high performers;
- Driving a culture of safety, responsibility and continuous improvement;
- Jumping into problem-solving mode when things don’t go to plan — and fixing it fast!
Success Profile: - Experience leading teams in food manufacturing / FMCG / Pharma or Chemicals (essential)
- Top-notch communication, decision-making and scheduling skills;
- A knack for spotting issues before they become problems;
- Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of production procedures;
- Tech-savvy mindset (familiarity with ERP/QAD/SCADA desirable);
- HACCP, GMP & WHS knowledge — not just in theory, but lived.
